Waste Water Treatment | Sakarya (Turkey) - 2014
Automatisation of Waste Water Purification Facility has been made. Siemens PLC CPU412-2 PN is used in system. There is RIO PSC corresponding on 9 separate RIO and Fiber-optics system where SIEMENS modules and cards are used and which corresponds on PROFINET with PLC at the facility.
Continuous and non-continuous chemical treatment is made at the facility. There is also biological treatment by using UF Unit in addition to the chemical treatment. The sediment at the end of chemical treatment can be filtered automatically by the help of filter-press. In addition there is also one Filter-press at the system for biological treatment. LOFT evaporator was used for oil separation.
